About Me

Hello everyone! My name is Sukhrajbir Kaur Sandhu, and I am a 3rd-A grade teacher at GAD School. I have worked with all age levels and look forward to coming to work each day. I am excited to work with you and get to know each of you better. To understand a little bit more about me, scroll down.

My Education

I graduated from Khalsa College, GNDU, Amritsar, and the University of Jammu in India. I have a Master's degree in English, a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application, a Bachelor's degree in Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Education. I have also completed my certificate program in Personal Support and Mental Health from DCC, Surrey, and completed my assigned coursework from Trinity Western University and the Queen's University of Canada. I have 11 years of experience working as a teacher.

Why I Became a Teacher

A part of me believes I've always known I wanted to be a teacher. As I progressed through my academic career, I reflected on the ideals and ideas instilled in me as a child by my elementary school teacher, and everything came together. I believe that our future is made up of children, and in providing them with a foundation and respect for learning, growth, and curiosity that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. I sincerely hope to do so, and I look forward to working with every one of you!
